Sandwich panels

Polyurethane roofing panel

Polyurethane (PUR) roofing panels are a solid polyurethane foam, formed under high pressure over catalysts by the combination of three main components - polyol, pentane, and isocyanate. The material has a closed-cell structure and provides high thermal insulation. It is sound and waterproof. It does not create conditions for the proliferation of bacteria. It has good performance due to high compressive strength. It can be used at temperatures up to 70-80 °C. It withstands a maximum temperature of 100-110 °C. With the further increase in temperature, the material loses its properties.

Manufacture of polyurethane roofing panels

1090, 1150, and 1250 mm wide steel sheets with a 0.3-0.5 mm thick polymer coating are used in the manufacture of roofing panels. Thanks to special German equipment, our panels have increased strength and insulation properties, which allows them to maintain their position in the market. The colors of polyurethane (PUR) roofing panels are chosen from the RAL catalog.

Application areas

Polyurethane roofing panels have a wide range of applications. They are used in buildings of factories, industrial complexes, military, social, agricultural, and sports facilities, temporary structures on construction sites, poultry farms, cool rooms, bunkers, hypermarkets, shopping centers, covered markets, thermal power plants, and other large buildings with a load-bearing system of steel or prefabricated frames.

Stone wool roofing panel

Stone wool is obtained by melting inorganic raw materials (basalt rock) at 1350-1400°C and transforming them into fibers. The panel dimensions remain unchanged even under conditions of high humidity: they do not rot, mold, rust, or corrode. They are not affected by insects and microorganisms. In our fully automated production plant, stone wool plates are divided into sections to fill the inner part by placing them perpendicular to the panel surface, thereby increasing the sandwich panel’s compression strength. Stone wool provides sound and thermal insulation and a high level of fire safety.

Polyisocyanurate wall panel

Polyisocyanurate wall panels (PIR) represent a new macromolecular structure - polyisocyanurate, formed in the reaction of the main polyurethane foam components with various chemical mixtures. Due to structural differences, polyisocyanurate has improved fire resistance compared to polyurethane. During any fire, this material virtually does not emit smoke compared to polyurethane.
