Sandwich panels with a special lock joint must be double joined and are also connected to each other through a lock. In this way, easy assembly and perfect insulation are ensured.

But what advantage does this feature provide to sandwich panels with lock joints?

Excellent durability and thermal insulation

Panels with this system are designed with innovative molding technology and have more density than many panels on the current market and are 100% leak resistant. Thanks to this structure, it saves energy consumption by providing insulation in the structures where it is applied. Due to this peculiarity, it is considered an ideal option as a cold room solution.

Easy assembly

Thanks to the durable lock system, it is easy to install and exhibits high tolerance to outside influences.

Wide range of applications

Its application is possible for different types of purposes - whether as a wall, ceiling/roof or floor.

Floor panels with a lock system consist of plywood 0.80 mm thick on the upper surface and galvanized sheet 0.5 mm thick on the lower surface. Optionally, it is also possible to use it with a non-slip CRNI Board, which is applied to the plywood with special glue. The plywood floor panel is 111 cm wide as standard and the CRNI floor panel is 120 cm wide, manufactured by applying a locking system.

The types of flooring with this system are hygienic and require easy maintenance, while having high load-bearing capacity.
