Technical characteristics of sandwich panels 

The main characteristics of sandwich panels are the following parameters: width, length, thickness, density, weight, fire resistance, sound insulation, load and heat resistance.

The density of Uniprocurment roof and Wall sandwich panels is 38÷42 kg/m3.
The width of the roof and Wall sandwich panels is 1 m, the length can be from 3 M to 15 m, depending on the required specification.

The thickness of the wall and roof sandwich panels is 50, 60, 70, 100 mm.

Uniprocurment sandwich panels are soundproof, fire and frost resistant.

Sandwich panels are made of 2 types of insulation: polyurethane and stone wool. The composition of polyurethane insulation includes: polyol, pentane, isocionate, catalyst. Stone wool sandwich panels come from basalt stone fiber.

Uniprocurment roof sandwich panels have a load capacity of up to 600 kg. 

Uniprocurment sandwich panels both sides are made of metal list and with a hidden screw (mysterious lock).

The color of sandwich panels is selected from the “RAL” color catalog depending on the wishes of the customer (RAL 9002, RAL 7024, RAL 6002, etc.).
