Recently, sandwich panels have been widely used in our country at construction sites, social and industrial structures, factories and warehouses. It is applied as a covering material on roofs, facades, interior partitions or cold air rooms of many buildings. In addition to lightweight construction, sandwich panels come to the fore in architectural options with their fast manufacturing and assembly capabilities, load-bearing capacity and high insulating properties.

Sandwich panels are available in three main types. Each of them is produced using a special panel filling material. So, there are basic materials made of polyurethane, mineral wool and EPS. Each of these solutions is designed to meet specific needs.

Stone wool is a type of mineral wool obtained by converting basalt, diabase and dolomite stones, which are inorganic raw materials, into fiber at high temperatures. It is distinguished by excellent results in fire, heat and sound insulation.

Panels made of stone wool are used on the roof, facade or partitions of buildings with a high risk of fire.

To the production process, first of all, stone wool blocks are automatically sliced to the desired size, then the fibers are turned perpendicular to the panel surface. Each slice, cut and rotated, is placed inside the panel, thus further increasing the pressure resistance of the panel.

Sandwich panels-made of galvanized and stainless steel with a thickness of 40-100 mm. Between the Metal sheets is filled with masonry.

Let's explain the advantages of stone wool material:

  • Fireproof
  • Which does not deform
  • Eco-friendly

At the same time, the masonry does not adversely affect the metal, that is, the facing material does not corrode or even rust.
