3-rib Roof Sandwich Panel with Polyisocyanurate (PIR)

The 3-rib sandwich roof panel with a polyurethane (PUR) core is a modern and innovative roofing solution widely used in both residential and industrial construction. Thanks to its excellent thermal insulation, waterproofing, and fire-resistant properties, it’s an ideal choice for projects aiming to reduce construction costs and ensure long-term durability.

The panel consists of two galvanized steel sheets with a protective polymer coating (0.3–0.5 mm thick, 1090 mm or 1130 mm wide), and a rigid polyurethane foam core in between. The PUR core is classified as flame-retardant and helps improve fire safety on site.

Key Features

  • Superior insulation
The PUR core provides high-performance thermal, acoustic, and water insulation, making the panel especially effective in harsh climate conditions.
  • Lightweight construction
These panels are much lighter than traditional roofing materials, which simplifies transport and speeds up installation.
  • High durability
The panel is resistant to water, corrosion, and deformation over time, ensuring a long service life with minimal maintenance.
  • Fire resistance
Thanks to the polyurethane filling, the panel does not ignite easily, offering an added layer of fire protection.
  • Modern appearance
Available in different colors and finishes, the panel easily adapts to a wide range of architectural styles and project types.

Benefits

  • Energy savings
High insulation performance helps maintain warmth in winter and cool air in summer, reducing overall energy costs.
  • Cost efficiency
Long-term durability and low maintenance needs make this panel a smart financial investment.
  • Easy installation
The prefabricated design allows for fast and simple assembly, saving time and labor costs on site.

The three-rib sandwich roof panel with a polyisocyanurate (PIR) core stands out with its technical features and aesthetic appearance that meet modern construction standards. These panels offer high safety, energy efficiency, and long-term durability, making them an integral part of both industrial and residential projects. Structures built with PIR panels are safer, more functional, and cost-effective.
