Polyurethane (PUR) wall panels are a solid polyurethane foam, formed under high pressure over catalysts by the combination of three main components - polyol, pentane, and isocyanate. The material has a closed-cell structure and provides high thermal insulation. It is sound and waterproof. It does not create conditions for the proliferation of bacteria. It has good performance due to high compressive strength. It can be used at temperatures up to 70-80 °C. It withstands a maximum temperature of 100-110 °C. With the further increase in temperature, the material loses its properties.
1090, 1150, and 1250 mm wide steel sheets with a 0.3-0.5 mm thick polymer coating are used in the manufacture of roofing panels. Thanks to special German equipment, our panels have increased strength and insulation properties, which allows them to maintain their position in the market. The colors of polyurethane (PUR) roofing panels are chosen from the RAL catalog.
Polyurethane wall panels have a wide range of applications. They are used in buildings of factories, industrial complexes, military, social, agricultural, and sports facilities, temporary structures on construction sites, poultry farms, cool rooms, bunkers, hypermarkets, shopping centers, covered markets, thermal power plants, and other large buildings with a load-bearing system of steel or prefabricated frames.
