Positive aspects of Dashyun sandwich panels

Another filling material widely used during sandwich panel production is dashyun. Thanks to the layer of mineral wool in the fire resistance class, this material, which is a refractory composite system, along with high sound and thermal insulation, does not contain substances that can be harmful to the environment. Mineral wool filler is sliced in fully automatic production facilities, and its fibers are shaped perpendicular to the panel surface, thus increasing the pressure resistance of the panel. Sliced fibers for filling ribs are automatically injected into the panel with phased inserts. During production, all procedures are carried out using equipment based on the latest technological innovations in accordance with European standards.

Dashyun sandwich panel offers high sound insulation performance. It is also applicable for thermal insulation, acoustic regulation and fire insulation.

To prevent condensation at the joints of the dashyun roof panels, a special anti-leak tape/Wick is used.
